  2. After contacting Michelle confirm your booking with $100 deposit and signed contract. You can fill the form out online, save it to your computer and email the completed contract back.  Note the deposit MUST be accompanied by the contract or Michelle will not be booked. Until then date and requested time is open for other possible events, so Michelle‚Äôs availability may change. In order to secure booking you can send PayPal using the paypal button below. Please do not send any money before you contacted Michelle. By paying deposit you also acknowledge that you've read and accepted terms and conditions indicated in your booking agreement.

Terms and Conditions for Performance

*A non-refundable deposit of at least $100 is REQUIRED to book your event. Payments can be made via PayPal or cash.
*Balance is to be collected BEFORE the show.
Space: Performer requires a cleared performance space, including a small prop table by the dance floor.
Changing Room: Performer requires a room to change costumes and leave her belongings safely during the show. Washroom can NOT serve as a change room.
*This also includes an environment free of harassment (sexual or otherwise). If performer deems the environment unsafe for the previously mentioned reasons, she may leave without rendering service. Client will still be responsible for payment of the full amount.
Music: The performance requires a Proper Music System. Performer will bring music for her performance on MP3 device or CD.
Delay Policy: 
*If the show time is delayed more than 30 minutes an extra charge of $50 will apply and an additional $50 for each half hour thereafter., dancer has a right to leave venue without performing, and still get a full payment. 
*If performance consists of two separate acts, break between acts is 5-10 minutes, unless other is indicated in booking agreement. If there are any delays beyond that, dancer has a right to leave venue without performing, and still get a full payment. 
Cancellation policy:
* Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
* If client cancels agreement less than two weeks prior to the event day, full payment still must be paid to the performer. 
*  If client or performer must cancel the engagement due to an Act of God, "Force Majeure", riot, strike, epidemic, or by the order of any public authority, booking agreement shall become null and void, all deposit and balance payments shall be refunded, and both parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other.
